The Remote PMO - change and transition as a result of COVID-19

The National PMO Community of Practice Committee has convened a Quarterly Discussion Group to provide an opportunity for PMO Leaders and Project Managers to come together in an informal environment and share knowledge and expertise from the PMO domain.

At our first meeting, scheduled for Thursday 24th September from 6.30 to 7.30pm AEST, we will consider and assess our learnings from the change and transition we've experienced as a result COVID-19. We will discuss the formation of remote PMOs and the associated risks, changes in team dynamics, how we have addressed the need for team connection, as well as issues like security, information management and quality management.

This informal and collaborative discussion group, facilitated by our National PMO Committee, will be brought to you online via zoom and provide an opportunity for PMO professionals to engage and network with one another. You will be invited to talk about and share your own experiences of the changes and challenges brought about by COVID-19.
