Joanne Rinaldi Joanne Rinaldi is a Director of Service Delivery for the Prosci Australia-New Zealand team, leading program delivery, advisory services and coaching excellence. Drawing on more than 22 years of change management experience, she trains individual change leaders in public and in-house programs, and helps organisations build enterprise change capability. Joanne has also developed and introduces leadership programs, frameworks and delivery modules as a part of building organisational change capability. She’s particularly adept at evaluating an organisations current change practices and organisational maturity, and then developing customised solutions.
