Like many others, the project management profession is embracing opportunities in a constantly changing environment. With booming social and economic infrastructure and a huge volume of projects coming to market, project management professionals are in huge demand in both the public and private sectors. As new digital trends and technologies automate tasks traditionally done by our emerging project management professionals, the skills demand will only become more pronounced.

So how do we build a workforce of the future that the project management profession needs?

Project management professionals and their employers must pursue diversity of thought, experience, perspectives and skills; embrace digital ways of working; and foster collaboration and innovation, to build the workforce of tomorrow, today.
