#ChooseToChallenge

In celebration of International Women's Day we are hosting a free panel event where we will hear from a range of inspiring project professionals to discuss how we can improve gender diversity in the workplace.

Our facilitator and panalists are from a range of industries covering Infrastructure, Construction, and Technology each bringing with them a wealth of project management knowledge and a passion for gender equality.

To coincide with this year's theme #ChooseToChallenge, the discussion will centre around how we can challenge the current barriers faced by working women to create real change within the workplace. Topics will range from how we can ensure greater participation of women in senior leadership roles to the initiatives that can be taken to ensure working families are supported. We will also look at the effects of COVID-19 on flexible working conditions and where are we headed when it comes to gender diversity as we move into 2021.

The event will include a facilitated Q&A session enabling you to join the conversation and put forward any questions you have for our panelists.
