Foundations of Project Leadership - Virtual Workshop
Innovate, drive change and motivate your project team to succeed

As a project leader you support the goals of your organisation. You engage, motivate and build high performance and productivity in individuals and teams. With only 25% of organisations reporting successful project delivery, it is essential that you have the skillset to lead and drive a project (2020 Project Delivery Performance in Australia report). This workshop will equip you with the skills needed for success in the age of project leadership.
Over the 2 days (30 April and 7 May), attendees will explore the foundation principles, theories and behaviours of leadership within a Project Management setting. You will also learn about how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) behaviours can build trust and create cohesive relationships for effective workplace performance and have the opportunity to make new connections with like-minded project professionals.
