Robert Loader Rob has worked in key senior and executive roles globally across industry. He has lead operational, strategy, management consulting, project and portfolio management and business development accountabilities spanning retail banking, wealth management, insurance, retail/FMCG, utilities, government, and telecommunications. Rob has served in key senior and executive roles with leading Australian corporates including ANZ, NAB, PwC, and AXA with most recent roles in enterprise portfolio management and direct marketing business leadership for AIA Australia and establishing and leading the enterprise capital planning function for Telstra. As Director of Capital Planning & Delivery for Telstra, Rob is responsible for leading enterprise wide  prioritisation and planning, financial and execution governance and project management capability uplift of Telstra's $5bn annual investment programme. 
Ricardo Sastre Martín Ricardo is a seasoned Project Management professional with more than 20 years of professional experience, 15 of them leading projects, programs, portfolios and project offices in more than 40 countries, in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America, in the Telco & Energy industries, working for multinational companies like Ericsson, Telefonica and Microsoft. Ricardo is a firm believer of the project economy and promoter of project manifesto principles, like: "We believe that ideas are made a reality through projects". He’s also involved in multiple pro bono activities like mentoring project managers, small and medium businesses and start-ups.
Harris Apostolopoulos Harris is a visionary strategy executive, author and speaker with almost two decades of diverse industry exposure, highly skilled and experienced in international and multicultural business environments. Led and directed a plethora of large scale, complex project portfolios and programs (20 countries, up to $1.65 billion value and benefits of $178 million). Results-oriented, being capable to lead Business and Digital transformations, PMOs and sustainable strategy implementation, putting the pieces towards corporate excellence. Harris’s work, often involves the integration of multiple strategy processes & tools taking into consideration diverse corporate environment factors, blended with change and risk management frameworks as well as, with global project management best practices (traditional / hybrid / agile).
