2021 International Project Management Day

Project Management – where to from here?

Project Management – where to from here?

In this webinar we will explore the findings from the KPMG/AIPM Australian Project Delivery Performance Survey 2021 and the opportunities and shifts in the ability to innovate and respond to a complex and ever changing business landscape.

The annual joint research survey conducted by KPMG and the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) provides insights into how well we are doing in this important capability space and supports understanding of where critical investment is needed to enhance performance. These insights are even more pertinent in 2021 as we all seek to adjust to a new reality operating environment.

We will discuss:

  • How project managers can move forward and plan for the future beyond the COVID crisis

  • What is involved in preparing ourselves, our projects and organisations for the challenges ahead

Join us for a presentation and Q and A session on the KPMG/AIPM Australian Project Delivery Performance Survey 2021.
