Over the 2 days (10 and 17 June), attendees will explore the foundation principles, theories and behaviours of leadership within a Project Management setting. You will also learn about how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) behaviours can build trust and create cohesive relationships for effective workplace performance and have the opportunity to make new connections with like-minded project professionals.
