High-Performing Project Teams

Practical strategies to improve how project teams operate

Webinar-Template.png

Project management has been going through a step-change since approximately 2002 with the introduction of Agile practices, advanced technologies and a focus on people skills. The COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly accelerated this change, driving more project teams to operate virtually. We are far more reliant on the support of technology to operate projects, creating a complexed environment and increasing the need for people in project teams to work together.

As we emerge from the wilds of COVID-19, what can we learn from project teams operating in distributed circumstances?

Join David Williams AM, FAIPM CPPD, to hear more about the research that has flagged opportunities to further mature the way in which project teams operate.
