Director, Frontline Coach Pty Ltd




John Morrison has consulted broadly across the Australian Construction industry for 16 years. He is the founding Director of Frontline Coach Pty Ltd which consults with a range of major construction firms and government agencies to inspire program delivery excellence. He is also involved in collaborative research with Curtin and Deakin Universities on the cost and safety impacts of error in construction and the cultural mitigations required to transform performance. He has as co-authored 10 published papers in international engineering and construction management journals.

Natasa Gadzuric

Managing Principal, Sustainable People Solutions Pty Ltd


Natasa Gadzuric has spent the past 15 years specialising in areas of people, culture and change management. She is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience, having worked in both operational and support roles for construction companies, project and business advisory, and engineering design consultancies.
She is the Managing Principal of Sustainable People Solutions (SPS) and founder of the SPS Leaders Alliance. She sits on the Board of the College of Leadership and Management (CLM) and is an Engineering Executive and Fellow of Engineers Australia.
