Professor Emad Shublaq has more than 40 years of experience in Engineering, project management and value engineering. He has published more than 100 papers,article and reports all over the world and is the author of 6 Training manuals and books.
He is also; Director PMRT Consultants, Prof. of Value Management, Western Sydney University, Accredited Value Analyst (IVMA-Australia), Certified Value Specialist - Life (SAVE-USA), and VM Licenced Trainer
