Rethinking Local Government Program and Project Management delivery during COVID

Join us for a networking event run for and by Local Government (LG) Project Management professionals, sharing information and lessons learned on various areas of interest. Including a presentation from Jonathan Kambouris, Director City Projects at the City of Melbourne, this session will focus on the approach undertaken by LGs to ensure the delivery of capital works programs in a COVID impacted environment.

What approaches were undertaken to re-prioritise the program? What new models were implemented for project delivery? What are the unexpected benefits and lessons learned we can implement an ongoing basis?
