Susan Kreemer Pickford  is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, where she is now the General Manager for WA. Graduating as a civil engineer in Scotland, Susan worked there for 5 years before emigrating to Australia in 1999.

Susan worked in engineering consulting at Jacobs specialising in transport projects before moving into senior roles in business development and client management.  Additional to Project Director roles, Susan was the graduate program coordinator and then managed the roll out of the Future Leaders Program.  Susan joined Engineers Australia in 2015 and in her role represents EA on the Government’s State STEM strategy committee.

Susan is Chair of the National Science Week WA Coordinating Committee and is on the advisory committee of Greenbatch which is working towards building WA’s first plastic recycling facility.
Niamh Toohey is the Acting Executive Director Gov/Next-ICT, Office of Digital Government.  She is also an analyst and technology adviser, a problem solver at heart, passionate about using Digital to transform what we do and how we work, guiding and supporting the transformation journey.

Niamh works with clients to understand the digital landscape and apply it to their business strategy.

Specialties: Digital Business Transformation, Strategy & Design and Agile Delivery.
Kate West has forged a successful career as an engineer and is currently one of three principals who hold joint leadership of consulting group Arup’s operations in Western Australia.  She was the first female principal and group leader with Arup in WA across the company’s 50-year history.

Having worked internationally as the project director or lead consultant on significant projects such as Dublin Airport Terminal 2 and Perth Airport, Ms West currently leads a team of 25 engineers, planners, management consultants and digital specialists. She has also been recognised for her work, winning the Consult Australia National Future Leaders Award in 2005 and the NAWIC Crystal Vision Award in 2017, along with Arup and Clough scholarships in 1999.

Ms West has taken a proactive role in her local community, and over the past four years has been involved in her local community kindergarten.
